Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts to SCIENTIA. Series A: Mathematical Sciences exclusively through the journal’s online submission system in OJS.

Originality
Manuscripts must be original and not published or under consideration by other journals. However, prior deposition of manuscripts in recognized preprint servers (such as arXiv or institutional repositories) is permitted. Authors are encouraged to disclose any preprint version at the time of submission.

Manuscript Preparation

  • Submissions must include: title, author(s) name(s), full institutional affiliation and contact details (including e-mail), an abstract of less than 200 words, and 2020 Mathematics Subject Classification codes.

  • Manuscripts should be prepared using standard LaTeX/TeX packages.

  • Figures should be submitted in high-quality formats such as .eps, .pdf, .jpg, or .png. Each figure must be in a separate file, clearly named (e.g., fig1.png, fig2.eps).

  • No footnotes will be allowed in the final manuscript.

Submission Process

  • All manuscripts must be submitted via the journal’s OJS submission system. Submissions sent by e-mail will not be considered.

  • Authors should keep a copy of the submitted manuscript.

  • Upon acceptance, authors will be asked to provide the final version of the paper in LaTeX/TeX format.

  • Galley proofs will be sent to the corresponding author for review prior to publication.

Fees
No submission charges, processing fees, or publication fees (APCs) are required from authors or their institutions.

  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.

  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

  • All figures and tables are properly numbered and labeled.

  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.

  • Permission has been obtained to use any copyrighted material.

The names and e-mail addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
