Abstract
Submission Process
The submission process for the First World Congress on Energy Transition consists of two stages.
Stage 1: Extended Abstract Submission
As the first stage, authors are required to submit an Extended Abstract, which will be evaluated by the Congress Scientific and Technological Committee.
The manuscript must be prepared using the official Extended Abstract Template provided by the organizing committee and should include, at a minimum, the following sections:
· Abstract
· Introduction
· Methodology
· Results
· Conclusions
· Acknowledgements (optional)
· Conflict of Interest
· References
The submission should clearly describe the scientific, technological, or industrial problem addressed, its relevance to the sustainable energy transition, the objectives of the study, the methodology employed, the main results obtained or expected, and contribution of the work. In addition, authors must indicate the Thematic Area(s) (at least one), the Technology Readiness Level (TRL), if applied, and up to five keywords.
The extended abstract may be written in English or Spanish, must be submitted exclusively in Microsoft Word and PDF format, and must not exceed three pages, including figures, tables, and references.
Stage 2: Presentation and/or Poster Submission
Once the review process has been completed, accepted contributions will be invited to present their work during the Congress through an oral presentation and/or a poster, according to the selected presentation format.
For this stage, authors must use the official Presentation / Poster Template, providing a more comprehensive description of the background, methodology, experimental setup or case study, results, discussion, industrial or technological implications, and main conclusions.
Submission of these files will be available only for contributions accepted during the Extended Abstract stage and must comply with the formatting requirements established by the Congress organizers.
