The Schwarzian derivative and univalent functions theory

Abstract

Let \(f(z) = z + \sum_{n=2}^{\infty} a_n z^n\) be regular in the unit disk \(E = \{z : |z| < 1\}\). In this paper we establish a condition under which \(\text{Re}f(z)/z > 0\). We also apply our result to discuss the univalency of the function \(w = f(z)\).
